“I had a unique experience at this location. My phone was stolen from my job across the street and I decided to call ecoATM to check if my phone had been turned in. They said it hadn't but they would call me if it did and they contacted me a couple weeks later to tell me that someone had turned in my phone. I had to get a police report and some documentation but in the end they returned my phone to me. I am using it now. I also got the name of the loser who stole my phone. Thank you for doing the right thing!”

“I recently had fraudulent charges on my bank account and they made the process so easy...also I didn't have my account information due to the fact that I was at work so they worked with me by asking other personal information that only I should know...plus I don't have the best of credit by all means, therefore it's difficult for me to obtain a checking account...opus/premiere bank offers a completely free "starters" checking account...you need $100 to open it but I misunderstood that part so when the process of opening the account was done and it was time to add the money to my account I didn't have anything close to that amount... I had $5!! They worked with me asking when I could have the rest of the money added to the account and my answer was 2 weeks and they still allowed me to open my account!!!! The best customer service I've experienced with a bank EVER...they truly care about their customers...”
