"100% would recommend this place to get your car tinted. My car needed to get the tint job replaced and they were so knowledgeable about their work. They helped me find just the right fit for my needs because I wanted to go darker. They took off the tint/glue and put in the new one with no issues. As a bonus I was able to relax and enjoy their free wifi while I waited. Also, I like that they explained how to care for my tint and have a warranty if I have any issues in the future. "Went to JFlo’s Auto Tint not really knowing what I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and had displays and demonstrations to show me what would be my best fit. I went with the ceramic tint because it would block the heat and it lasts double as long as regular tint. They did the job quickly and I was happy with the results. This is the only shop that I found that does some exclusive work like work on the front windshield or 5% on the front windows. Would recommend to anyone looking to tint their car or truck."

"The owner did a horrible job on my car. He damaged the inside of my car with a heat gun and distorted my back outside window with the heat gun. He denied damaging my car in several places. POST-DEVELOPMENTS: My experience with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory. The owner’s work on my car resulted in extensive damage to both the interior and the distortion of the back outside window, seemingly due to the improper use of a heat gun. What made matters worse was the owner’s repeated denial of responsibility for these damages, even under oath during our recent hearing. During the hearing, the owner made false claims and then attempted to link my legitimate complaints about the defective window tinting to my disability, which was an inappropriate and invasive disclosure of my healthcare information Privacy and consent are crucial, and healthcare information should never be disclosed without consent, as mandated by HIPAA. Initially, I appeared satisfied with his work because it was difficult to notice the defects immediately, given the numerous bubbles present, which he had promised would disappear but did not. Moreover, I couldn’t clean the tinted windows properly until several days later to avoid affecting his work. It was only after this delay that I discovered the rear passenger side back window distortion, which I initially attributed to tinting materials during his film installation but was, in fact, a result of the damage caused by the heat gun. In an attempt to undermine my motives, the owner falsely suggested during the hearing that my pursuit was merely a ‘money-grabbing’ endeavor. Furthermore, he claimed that the pictures I provided to him and the court (the same pictures posted here) were ‘filtered,’ casting doubt on the validity of my evidence. In addition, it’s worth noting that due to the HIPAA violation he caused, the hearing will be required to have an appeal with a different judge of the superior court present, ensuring a fair and impartial assessment without the inappropriate disclosure of my healthcare information for his advantage during the hearing. In light of these experiences, I urge caution when considering this company’s services, as the owner’s actions raise concerns not only about their workmanship but also about their respect for customer privacy and their honesty during legal proceedings. As consumers, it’s not just the quality of service we should evaluate, but also the ethical standards and respect for our personal information. Every customer deserves professionalism and privacy, and I hope my experience serves as a reminder of the importance of both when choosing a service provider."
