"Overall it was a good experience, but there's a lot of room for improvement. The facility is attached to neighbors who live upstairs. The parking lot is incredibly small with no signs or places of where additional parking might be had. The front desk lady was very friendly, loved her, very personable. The facility didn't give her the tools to add my FSA card, which didn't upset me, but it did prolong the check in process quite a bit. She did eventually figure it out though! The waiting room is incredibly small, you're bumping into knees to find a place to sit. There's about 7 chairs in there. I arrived half hour early, and the doctor was running behind about 15-20 minutes due to the overload of patients waiting to be seen. I seen people come out relatively quickly, when it was my turn I sat in a room, addressed some questions with the assistant who was very nice. My Dermatologist Nick, was also very nice. However, I noticed Nick was hand sanitizing from room to room verses wearing and disposing of latex gloves. I also mentioned some concern about my thinning hair, he had a look and was able to diagnose me right there with no blood work, or testing. I gave him a guess on my parents hair loss, and he just said 'yeah, then it's very likely it's hereditary'. I'm aware hair loss has many factors, so I was just surprised to see him settle so quickly on what was the cause for me. He suggested rogaine for women, and I recall he distinctly said, there are no side effects. This is where i am disappointed. I thanked Nick for his time, got my skin issue addressed and left. Rogaine does have side effects. I have had heart concerns in the past, but no medical condition that could be documented in my online paperwork. Rogaine has been linked to heart concerns and even says it causes heart palpitations. I was hoping outside of the suggestion, I'd be given some holistic options like a hand held scalp massager or even some better habits. Not only does this not line up with what i was told, but I'm now empty handed outside my diagnosis. At least my skin issue was addressed."

"My daughter and I were both seen here several times, never again. Front desk is friendly, but the rest of the staff is pretty horrible, especially the "doctors". Had a small cyst removal, which they pushed to a Mt. Vernon office (1 hour drive away). Selected them because I thought they were "local", but they are part of a conglomerate and patients are just another number to quickly process through to get paid. Even before seeing anyone, they'll make you to fill out a 1,000 questionaire, and even pay for services before you arrive. If you want to feel like cattle sent to the slaughter, this is your place! Lastly, they failed to remove the small cyst, had to see a better dermatology clinic to have it done correctly. Last time I'll go, or take my children to this place. Would give 0 stars if possible."

"The front desk girl is very friendly and professional. The doctor and technician have changed, again. Gone are the days of seeing the same doc so that you feel more comfortable disrobing at least. I really liked the staff they had before and wish it could have remained the same, but people in the medical field these days never seem satisfied to stay where they are. That being said, the doctor, Nick, was very efficient and friendly although I had to tell him of my skin issue history for him to recheck. He also seemed in a hurry to be done and on to the next patient, and didn’t ask if there were any other concerns, so as he was preparing to leave I had to speak up. He then stayed and took the time to address them which is good at least. Overall it was a good enough experience but there is room for improvement."
