"I went in for UTI symptoms. Granted, it was not busy, and I was seen quickly, by Urgent Care standards. The nurse practioner, Jessica, saw that my urinalysis was seriously abnormal and did more testing, above and beyond. I was treated with dignity and kindness, not just placed aside because I am older and female, which does happen in the world still. My experience may have been different on a busy, short staffed, but I suspect not."
"I took my family in for strep throat symptoms. Sore throat, red and white spots on our throats and low grade fevers. I was pushed for a COVID test, my toddler my was pushed for a COVID/RSV/quad test. The doctor tried to fear monger me into these tests saying it would potentially hurt my infant for not getting them. Dr. Black didn't have the guys to come and lie to my face when he said my strep test came back negative and sent his nurse in with my discharge papers. She even knew that I had strep when she looked at my throat in the beginning of our visit. If I knew how to report this doctor for his power trip I absolutely would! Strep throat is going around and I absolutely know we don't have COVID as we've had it before."
"Terrible place doctor did nothing for my daughter. They are just a front to collect money for nothing, they told my daughter to come back if she got worse and when she got worse she went back and they gave her 2 perscriptions for stuff you can buy over the counter. Well your better off seeing a doctor online they perscibed what she needed. 0 stars for Olympic medical walk in clinic in Port Angeles"
"I was pleasantly surprised by a relatively short wait time. My healthcare insurance was out of state but they were able to connect to my medical record remotely. Nice touch. The staff was very friendly and professional. I really appreciated that they asked relevant questions needed to determine the diagnosis and treatment and explained the treatment plan using language at my level. No unnecessary medical jargon and no oversimplified explanation. This is a great skill that now too many healthcare providers master."
