"This review is for Evergreen Towing in PortAngeles. It's stressful enough breaking down a couple hundred miles from home, but when the company You call on for Help STRESSES You out even more there's something WRONG with that. It took 3days for my vehicle to get where it was going (2&1/2 hours away).The price was higher than quoted (as you're at their MERCY) Worst of all the tow truck driver was RUDE and CONDESCENDING with no people skills. Most of the problem was miscommunication, bad cell service (which is nobody's fault),and with no Disrespect to the receptionist who had made an error with my credit card. At least she owned it and had always treated me with respect unlike Shay the driver. I understand everyone makes mistakes but the DISRESPECT by the driver was totally UNACCEPTABLE. If You choose to use this Company I suggest You request a different tow truck operator. I would never want anyone to have an experience like I did."
