She went above and beyond to make my appointment comfortable. She knows I have sensitive teeth and found a way to get warm water to rinse my teeth when there wasn’t warm water in our room! "I don’t typically go out of my way to leave a review but I was utterly impressed with my dental cleaning today. I don’t remember her name but the dental technician was an older lady with blonde hair, glasses and a bubbly personality. She was SO thorough. My teeth have never looked so good by a dental cleaning. I had chipped a tooth maaany years ago and got a filling for the chip and I could tell this lady was deep cleaning that one tooth (assuming I had debris between my actual tooth and the chip filling repair - no one has ever done that btw). You are amazing. Thank you."

"Great office, friendly staff. Some folks seems to have left negative reviews, but if you read them, it sure seems like they’re all asking for this business to bend policy or make exceptions for them. Might be best for consumers to ask what the policies are then adhere to those. I’ve never requested any exceptions from them, and have had all great experiences."

"I am extremely disappointed in how the office staff treat clients. I am a travel nurse and I was trying to call and make an appointment for myself and my son for a check up. I sat on hold for 35 minutes before someone picked up the call, then hung up. I called back immediately and told the person who answered the phone I had just been on hold for 35 minutes without anyone checking on me and when someone did pickup they hung up on me. She told I was not on hold for that long that there was no one on hold. I asked her if she was calling me a liar and she told me I was not on hold for 35 minutes. I asked to speak with Cheri, the office manager. when she answered I explained to her what happened and that the associate called me a liar. she explained that she herself was the one who answered the phone and that they were quite busy but that no one was on hold for that long. she also explained that she listened to the associate and she did not call me a liar. I guess unfortunately customer service isn't their main concern and I will be taking our business elsewhere as they don't want it."

"I just found out from my son that he had a no-show. Was charged a no show fee. He was a minor that drove himself. They sent this charge to collections though from all indications never contacted the adults on this account. They told him he needs to find a different dentist cause it was sent to collections. Lazy accounting, lazy service, and a sad end to what had been a pretty good experience for over a decade. I wouldn't recommend this dentist now. Not from the teeth servicing side they were always great but from the lack of empathy and understanding of situational awareness in there billing, front office."
