Our stadium features indoor soccer and volleyball leagues for all age groups and skill levels, as well as youth soccer clinics and a Tot Soccer program. In addition to league play, we also offer field rentals for events and practices. Our facility includes a large observation deck, snack bar, locker rooms for men and women, and state-of-the-art lighting and flooring. You can easily register a new team or pay online for your league fees. Dr. John Maddox is a highly experienced doctor specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, located at 13135 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway Service Road in Fairfax, Virginia. He completed his medical education and residency training at the University of California at San Francisco before practicing in Northern California and eventually moving to Virginia. Dr. Maddox co-founded Northern Virginia OB/GYN Associates, which later became Capital Women’s Care.
