Water Play at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden is a newly opened feature located at Lakeside Avenue in Henrico, Virginia, United States. Designed with the youngest guests in mind, the Waterway in the Children's Garden offers a fun and educational experience centered around the theme of nature and waterways. The splash pad feature was carefully planned by the Youth and Family Engagement team to provide a rich experience with ties to education. The Waterway is designed for children under the age of 10 and is universally accessible and inclusive for guests of all abilities. Caregivers will find more places for rest along the perimeter, and there is an entry point for easier access to restrooms. The area is landscaped with plantings reflecting vegetation found near a woodland stream.
