"This was the best GYN appointment I've ever had. The front office staff and nurse were friendly and efficient, and my provider, Chara, was outstanding in knowledge, bedside manner. I have a long history of having bad GYN experiences and Shara completely fixed that emotional baggage in one appointment. She listened carefully and provided meaningful advice, as well as lots of good information that no other GYN has ever told me. I showed up to work afterward and people were amused by how excited I seemed after telling them I finally found a good doctor's office. I highly recommend this office and my provider!"

"My first time seeing Dr Hafner and it was a great experience. I was a bit apprehensive because a few years back my original doctor retired. I had been seeing that doctor since 1980. Afterwords, I did see someone new in the practice and she was good. I then left the area for a few years and returned this year. I was disappointed to learn that the new doctor I last saw was now also gone and I would be starting again from what felt like zero. Thankfully, my appointment with Dr Hafner proved the opposite. Her demeanor and approach made me feel like I was already an established patient with her and that she was on top of all my concerns. By the way, this is no easy thing to manage when we are stripped from seeing each other’s smiles due the masks we were wearing. I must also add that every one in the office, front desk and lab tech, were also wonderful and very helpful."

"Dr Hafner is great. However, no one answers the phone. Patients are instructed to leave voicemail and that they might get a call back in the next 24-72 hours. Seriously? Could not get anyone to call me back or respond to message in portal to reschedule an appointment. Dr Hafner appears to have not a single appointment available at least through February. Is she going on leave? Or is the calendar not being maintained? Adding to frustration, they sent me an automated voicemail to call the office to schedule my annual appointment. It's been 3 days and I never got a call back. Way too many practices these days don't maintain a staff sufficient to answer the phone."
