She's very communicative, available for emergencies, and has taken an earnest interest in my daughter's mental health. As others have stated it is very difficult to find anyone in Roanoke to do children's therapy, we feel lucky to have gotten in here. My daughter loves going to the "feeling's doctor.""
"Just got called and cancelled on eternally the day before the first appointment I had scheduled in months. “We cannot accommodate your needs” when the doctor literally TOLD ME she has had several patients with the same problems I have. Don’t work in this field maybe if you can’t stand to be around the mentally ill idk"
"Do not seek counseling from this facility as they are unethical, uncaring and HIPAA violators. The receptionist is rude and judgemental. My daughter's counselor was extremely unprofessional, regularly on her phone, texting and scrolling through social media during sessions. Do NOT waste your time or money! Also, the 5 star reviews seem to be employees or family of the owners."
