The Sports Outreach Institute, located at 2306 Bedford Avenue in Lynchburg, Virginia, is a unique institution that uses sports as a platform for building relationships, sharing the Gospel, and teaching character both on and off the field. Our coaches are dedicated to providing sports training, building trusting relationships, and sharing the truth of the Gospel with those we interact with. As relationships develop, we go deeper through mentoring and meeting emotional, practical, and spiritual needs. LaHaye Recreation & Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art gym and health facility located at 1971 University Boulevard in Lynchburg, Virginia, United States. With over 162,000 square feet of space, it is open to Liberty University students, faculty, and staff. The center offers a wide range of amenities and activities for all fitness levels. One of the highlights of LaHaye Rec & Fit is the Rock Wall, a 4,000 square foot climbing facility that provides opportunities for students to build strength, courage, and community. The Aquatic Center features six 25-yard lanes, a diving board, and spas for lap swimming and various programs. The facility also includes fitness professionals who can help members achieve their personal fitness goals.
