"Friendly service. It's easy to get in and out. Good selection of bourbon. The facade of the store reminds me of when all VA ABC stores looked the same, all built using the same template. BITD customers couldn't browse the stock on the shelves; instead, you stood at a counter and asked for what you wanted by name. Those days are long gone, for the better. This store has a good stock and it's very visible and readily accessible. It's clean and well lit. Recommended. Rates A+ for service. Good choice."
"This location has had a dramatic decrease in quality customer service. Even though it's closer, I will go out of my way to avoid the staff at this location. Older blonde lady is extremely unpleasant, bossy, and rude and is doing this location a disservice. Don't get on her bad side because she just might sue you for it. Get ready to be treated like a child. 0/10"
"Great store, excellent service! Selection could have been better but there is a pandemic people! All staff safe and masked can't say the same about some of the customers. Y'all need to enforce masks for customers too. Not being political just a bit of pandemic common sense. Thanks!"
