"My visit was fine. It didn't take too long to be seen. The medical were very helpful and sweet. The only issue was this one medical assistant that was wearing extremely tight clothing. As a mother, I think it isn't appropriate for any medical staff to be wearing such revealing clothing. Personally, I wouldn't have said anything but you could clearly see the lining of her under garments and her chest was very much exposed. I also noticed how rude she was. Not only to many patients but also the other medical staff. tl;dr would recommend but this medical staff member changed my mind."

"I do not even know where to start with how much I love this practice and how blessed I am to have found them and especially Dr. Laura Byrnes. My son was born with some issues and not only has she been a phenomenal Doctor but also a warm presence that actually cares. I don't even know what I would do without them. The nurses are all so caring, the doctors are wonderful, and the front office staff is always so kind. If you are looking for a new pediatrician, trust me when I say this is the right choice."

"Doctor was in a rush, not enough prepared to follow up on my daughter. Merely, professionalism was there but lacking a total human compassion for some reason. No in-house lab work service was available this time which was not the case last time. I hope to find another doctor for better services."

"I have been to this location and Greenbriar location as well. I LOVE DR PHAN!! She even called to check on my LO over the weekend when we had decided to monitor him. We also had an extra friendly MA last time I wish I could remember her name! I've also seen one of their NPs, Jennifer before and she was good too. I appreciate them taking the time to call me and review results and answer questions and offer referrals. COVID has been hard for a lot of medical offices and this office is doing a good job. I see negative reviews about registration, and COVID limitations. These are minor things, your child will be well taken care of in their hands and that's ALOT more important than having to call an extra time to schedule, or problems registering on the app."

"I have tried calling Fairfax Peds for the last 2 months on various times and days... NO ANSWER! I can't imagine how they can take care of their patient population with the type of communication structure. I cannot rate the care as we haven't been able to get in the door. DO NOT RECOMMEND on this basis - especially for new parents who need to talk to the doctors or nurses in the critical early months."
