"Rx sent Tuesday afternoon. Check on Wednesday afternoon, not filled, said we could wait 20 minutes. We decided to get later. Checked on Thursday, not filled, waited fo Rx. 10 minutes later told they did not have meds and would need to order. Two days wasted and no one even checked the Rx until I willing to wait. Said they would order. WHY did it take 2 days to know they didn’t have. Had I not waited, we might never know. Terrible operational procedure and business model. Rx should be filled as received at the pharmacy. Our Rx was not even looked at for two days. Unhappy and lost confidence in this pharmacy."
