"This is the most poorly run company I have ever come across. I typically don’t write negative reviews but I wanted to make sure everyone knows what they’re getting into with A Goff before booking anything with them. We booked them to provide guest transportation to our wedding and they notified me at midnight the day of our wedding via email that they must cancel. In this email, the owner put all blame on our venue saying they would not let them on the property without them signing a liability waiver (we later found out this was false), and then proceeded to ignore our calls/emails so we could get a better understanding. This left us scrambling to find a new vendor the entire morning of our wedding day. If you need reliable transportation to an event, please do not consider A Goff as they were a nightmare to deal with. UPDATE: In response to the owner's reply to my original review, I wanted to provide additional details after speaking with our wedding venue about the situation. Our venue told A Goff multiple times that no liability waiver was required for our wedding, and the requirement was to begin for weddings starting in 2022 (we have records proving this to be true). During one of these phone conversations with the venue, the owner made a comment about the liability waiver being an excuse to cancel his services because he could not find enough drivers. He knew this earlier in the week but decided to wait until midnight the morning of our wedding to inform us of the cancellation. A Goff has not taken any accountability for their actions and I would strongly advise against working with them if you want reliable and honest services."
