"This place of employment display favoritism, racism, and bullying on the job. In an environment where if it was a minority vs majority this would be in the press and on the news but in a work environment were it's the other way around one is to stay silent in the work place. A supervisor texted all employees about filing a grievances. Of course nothing came out of the situation. One who spreads hate isn't living the dream. Remember we all have a DREAM to be equal. Work environment should display better professionalism not racism or bullying among grown adults."
