"Casey's advertise themselves as being a different experience, and they are. The service is terrific. The waiting room is very welcoming, as are the people. They fixed a myriad of issues with my car and went out of their way to do it in a way that mitigated costly surprises. I was able to use their loaner for as long as it took, and my car was cleaned when I got it back - it was not when I took it in! Most importantly, I trusted their assessment of the problems and the billing was comprehensible. The employees I met were kind, intelligent, articulate, and knowledgeable. They kept me updated regularly. All in all, it was the best experience in getting my car repaired I've had."

They were also very upfront with me about pricing and what the immediate needs were for my car, and which issues could wait a while for me to get fixed so it wasn’t a huge charge. Their prices are reasonable as well. Steve and the team were awesome, and I will absolutely be going back!"

"Fair, honest, and responsive. We used to go to Casey's Sterling and checked out the Great Falls location recently. Their tires are priced competitively and we learned that they offer a full tire protection package, similar to Costco Tire. As a lifelong Costco Tire customer, I'm switching to Casey's for their pricing, coverage, convenience, and timeliness (e.g. able to source my tire in one business day vs Costco's 5 business days). While they have a lot of services, Casey's is also honest about what they can and cannot do. I needed a bent wheel repair and they happily recommended a local shop who spwcializes in wheel repairs."
