"If i could give this firm a ZERO star rating I most definitely would. Staff is unprofessional and rude and including Phillip Geib himself. I called early in the morning to discuss a matter in which I am going to need an attorney for. The woman who answered the phone took all my information and told me that I would receive a call around Noon that day when Mr. Geib was back in the office. After not hearing from anyone I called back when it was close to 3PM. Same woman answered the phone and made excuses for why I couldn't speak to Mr. Geib. I reminded her that she told me that I would receive a callback from Mr. Geib around Noon which she then denied saying. She then rudely hung up on me . No sooner than I got off the phone Mr. Geib called me back. I never got a chance to discuss my case and Mr. Geib rudely said to me "I'm not taking any new cases at this time". I then asked if there was someone he could refer me to and his answer was "call the state BAR" and then rudely hung up on me. I urge anyone considering using this firm for their legal matters to seek representation elsewhere."
