Our studio is dedicated to achieving exceptional standards of dance and fitness, while nurturing creativity and artistic development in a warm and positive environment. Led by Lara Deni, a highly experienced and accomplished dancer and instructor, our studio offers a variety of dance styles including West Coast Swing, Salsa, Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Ballet, Modern, Hip Hop, Tap, and Jazz. Lara is a World Swing Champion with numerous national titles and over 20 years of experience teaching wedding couples to create memorable first dances.

Artists In Cahoots is a unique art gallery and store located at 21 West Washington Street in the heart of downtown Lexington, Virginia. Our gallery features a diverse collection of artwork from local artists, showcasing a range of mediums and styles.
