"Dr. Moore is fantastic - covers all the bases and explains everything so you understand what is happening to you. However not all Physicians at this practice have this friendly and kind bedside manner. I was sent for a test and the physician I saw after the test was short and abrupt telling me there was nothing wrong with my kidneys and to see Dr. Moore in one year. He knew nothing about my recent hospital stay, blood pressure issues, fluid retention, etc. I was also being referred to a Nephrologist and had a kidney infection. Very short and kick to curb. But it was not my doctor. He is wonderful."

"One of the worst experiences I eve t had in Df office first of all they never explained yo me what they were going to do the person that c a me into the room where I was waiting for the Dr never explained what they were going to do all she said was drop your pants this was my first visit. Also Dr Ramey when he came into the room he never explained whst he was going to do just started poking one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had at a Dr office. I had two visits and they repeated the same procedures twice charging me twice for the same procedure. Also right away Dr Ramey suggested surgery would be the best he refused to renew the prescription that was helping me since I refused the surgery always get a second opinion these Dr. are experimenting I would not recommend Virginia Urology to anyone."

"Don't see Dr. Ellen. I went to him for a problem and he prescribed a medication. When CVS went to fill it the insurance company denied it. I tried three times to get Dr. Ellen to do what he needed to do to get insurance to approve it and he wouldn't do it. Even for a medication he prescribed!"

"Save your money and your time and go visit a Urologist at VCU. I visited VA UROLOGY 3 times and my issue wasn’t resolved. I’m upset my PCP even recommended them to me. The urologist told me to “drink less water” and “nothing was going on” when I advised I was having abnormal frequent urination. VCU has completed tests and scans and got to the root of the problem and HELPED ME. Don’t go here 0/10 would not recommend"
