Our classes are hand-picked to provide the best experience for you or your child, and if the scheduled times don't work for you, we will find a solution that does. Private training sessions are also available throughout the week. In our classes, you will learn how to defend against common attacks like chokes, grabs, and bear hugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks. Krav Maga also teaches you how to function under stress and psychological trauma during a sudden or violent encounter.
