DC Judo
DC Judo is a health institution located at 3415 8th Street Northeast in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. The institution holds practice at the Edgewood Arts Center. Whether you are a beginner or a black belt, DC Judo welcomes individuals of all experience levels and fitness abilities to join and learn judo. Classes start with a group warmup followed by lessons taught by instructors, where members practice skills in pairs or small groups. The class concludes with randori, a form of free practice. Participants are encouraged to bring a judo gi or a BJJ gi, as well as flip flops for the mat. If you do not have a gi, comfortable, loose-fitting clothes will suffice, and a clean gi will be provided during your first few practices.
