"I traveled all the way from Rochester, NY to Virginia in July 2021 to get my teeth looked at by Dr. Alex Simon. His reputation certainly precedes him as he did fantastic work. I did not know how bad my teeth grinding was before I met with the Doc and not only did he enlighten me about teeth grinding but also fitted my jaw with a guard that I've been using ever since. I now wake up every morning with little-to-no pain in my jaw because of the fine quality, and long-lasting guard that he provided. Prior to this, I did not know that it was normal to wake up without jaw tension/pain of some kind- so this made a huge impact on my mental and physical health. He also performed teeth extraction during my visit with great precision and expertise. I would recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Alex Simon to anyone I meet, and hope to make another visit with him this year!! :D"

"I’ve been a long standing patient of Dr. Simon for years as he is a great dentist. However, today was the last straw for me. Over the years we’ve dealt with numerous cancelled and rescheduled appointments all due to no fault of our own. Any appointment we would make would get cancelled and could not get another for at least 1-3 months out. Today as I pulled into the parking lot for my appointment the receptionist called and rudely explained that I would not be seen today because the hygienist was overbooked and there was nothing that could be done to accommodate me even though I was in the parking lot and on time for my appointment. This is completely unacceptable and a total waste of time especially after waiting months for the appointment. Dr Simon is a great dentist but triple books his schedule, constantly cancels and reschedules over and over, appointment times are always behind, and he’s on month long trips more than twice a year and us long time patients are not getting the care we deserve. Get back to how it was in the beginning when your patients mattered and were not just a number. We will be looking for a new practice."
