Whether you join us at our cozy Lovettsville Farm Studio or remotely from home, all yoga students are welcome regardless of size, shape, or experience level. Our goal is to provide a warm and easy-going environment while still offering structured and purposeful classes. We encourage questions, laughter, and self-acceptance, aiming to improve flexibility and balance, increase strength, decrease stress levels, and teach relaxation and breathing techniques that can be applied anywhere. Our founder developed a love for yoga 25 years ago when she first took a class to alleviate lower back pain. This initial spark grew into a deep passion as she discovered yoga's transformative effects beyond the mat. She is a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and also holds certification in Reiki Natural Healing.
