SVHOA Rec Center Pool
The SVHOA Rec Center Pool is a part of the Sovereign Village Homeowner's Association located at 131 Rossum Lane in Winchester, Virginia. This pool is a popular amenity for residents of Sovereign Village, a community developed by Manning & Ross Builders. The HOA is managed by volunteer residents and all homes within the development are automatically members. The pool area is governed by various regulations including the Deed of Dedications, By-Laws of Sovereign Village HOA, Inc., the Code of Frederick County, and the Virginia Property Owners Association Act. The pool area has recently updated its fence materials to include vinyl and composite, in addition to wood, with approval required from the Architectural Committee. Certain sections of the community have also allowed changes to paint colors and fence materials after reaching the required signatures. Residents can enjoy the pool and other amenities while following the community guidelines to maintain a pleasant environment for all.
