"I don't have any issues with their dry cleaning. However, their alterations are pricey and the technique/quality of work is questionable. I had some pants patched, and the stitch lines were very noticeable. I had similar patchwork done elsewhere and the stitch lines were undetectable, so I know it's possible. It's disappointing to pay a premium for mediocre work."
"Excellent dry cleaning and alterations to my military uniforms and business attire over the years. Recent visit this week for complex shoulder and arm hole alterations in a dress for my girlfriend confirmed that the owner and her staff continue to provide prompt, professional service and expert alterations! The only place I'll go!!"
"They do a great job with cleaning and don't charge too much for it. Service is always friendly and when they can they'll work on pickup dates with you. Be careful coming here for alterations because they charge well above average. That said, their alterations are great but if budget is a concern for alterations or you need a lot of them done be mindful of the price."
"Had a simple 2 piece black suit done, and it came out with hairs and specks of fuzz all over it. Also, the pocket flaps were out and had been pressed to the point that they had an outline showing of the flaps when I tuck them in. I always tuck in my pocket flaps, so now I have an unsightly visible outline of them on the blazer. I expected better for the reviews."
"Fantastic local spot. They've done a bunch of tailoring/hemming and dry cleaning. I'm always happy with the services and the staff are super nice. Can't recommend enough."
