"I waited a while to write this review, so this isn’t a knee jerk, angry rant. Solomon & the gang are super friendly, so I’m really bummed they turned out to be (dishonest) silver tongued salesmen. When I got my vehicle back I was told I’d need to bring it back because “a hose broke” during the fix, but they “patched it & we’re going to replace it free of charge in a few days”. Fortunately, I went to change my oil later & realized they had actually forgotten to reinstall the tube for my dipstick - I had an open hole in my engine dripping oil meanwhile. I brought it back & they claimed ignorance, made me wait a few days, & then they stuck my old rusty dip stick back in (after claiming to have ordered a new one). To top things off, some of my grandmother’s jewelry went missing from my glove box, but that could have been from anyone - seems they don’t lock vehicles up at night. They still (months later) haven’t called me to “replace” that hose lol. I don’t recommend."

"They made me buy a ignition switch , plus get it programmed for $1,300. Then I drove it a few miles it broke down it did the same thing. I had to pay to get it towed back to them. They could not find the problem. I took somewhere to get it fixed. The new mechanic said I didn't need what Action Service Center did to my car. I deserve a refund."

"I got an excellent professional service…. From his staff including his owner Mr. Farrukh.. I went there with 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited almost crying after dealing with the dealership scammers, so They shown me that we still can trust on mechanic services… They explained me everything and I used my extended guarantee I it when I purchased my vehicle… everything was smooth with no headaches …They guided me through the process and from that day and on, I trust on their services…The only finding I noticed is they’re not open on weekends."

"Solomon and his auto repair service center is just the perfect spot to fix your car. We were visiting from NYC and our car broke down. We not only got the problem fixed, but also got pampered with extra service that we weren't even expecting as a bonus. Solomon gave us an amazing explanation about the way the car engine works and we learned so much about the different car parts. This honestly was my favorite experience ever at a car garage. Highly recommend!"
