"They are really cool and really honest. I've had work done by them twice now and am happy with both visits. The only thing I'm worried about is more people finding out about how good they are, they'll run out of openings for me and then I'll have to go through the nightmare of settling for some second rate auto repair place that I'll end up hating and regretting that I ever went to. But that's my anxiety talking. They're really good people"
"I can not recommend this shop as they are dishonest and charged me for work not completed. I took my car in with the check engine light on for a cylinder misfire. They claimed to replace all the spark plugs as well as some additional work. Check engine light came back on after driving the car in a few days. I took it back, they said their work was good but that I should probably get an extended warranty and then bring it back after a month when it kicked in because I was probably going to need a new engine or at least some major repairs. I took it to another shop for a second opinion. They said 3 of the sparkplugs had not been changed including a corroded and bent sparkplug they showed me on the cylinder indicating the misfire. When I wrote to ask for a refund no response. We tried to get some money back through our credit card company, but the shop insisted they did the work. My car has been running well with no check engine light since the work was completed at the other shop."
