The NG9-1-1 Institute is located at 300 New Jersey Avenue Northwest in Washington, D.C. Its mission is to support the Congressional NextGen 911 Caucus by providing educational resources on issues related to the advancement of NG911 services and systems. The Institute aims to facilitate the rapid implementation of NG911 to enhance emergency response, public safety, and national security. Members of the Institute include public safety officials, industry professionals, policymakers, and concerned citizens from across the nation. The Institute is governed by a Board of Directors representing various public safety communications associations and industry stakeholders. Visitors to NG9-1-1 Institute events may be filmed or photographed for educational and promotional purposes. Attendees are subject to security screenings and event requirements. Business casual attire is recommended. The Institute follows Covid-19 protocols and complies with congressional gift rules.

The James River Institute for Archaeology, located at 223 McLaws Circle in Williamsburg, Virginia, is a renowned tourist attraction established in 1986. As a registered small consulting firm, JRIA offers a wide range of archaeological research, cultural resource management, and historic preservation services to clients in Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic region. C&O Church Hill Tunnel West Portal is a historic site located at 401 North 18th Street in Richmond, Virginia, United States. This tunnel was built in the early 1870s by the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway (C&O) and extends approximately 4,000 feet under the Church Hill district of Richmond. Tragically, on October 2, 1925, the tunnel collapsed on a work train, resulting in the deaths of four men and the trapping of a steam locomotive and ten flat cars. Despite rescue efforts, the tunnel was eventually sealed for safety reasons. Over the years, the tunnel has continued to cause problems above ground, with sinkholes destroying houses and other structures in the area. The tunnel remains dangerous and is owned by CSX Transportation, the successor to C&O.
