Management from 2013 to 2019 was excellent with their service delivery.when ever a job is reported to the office to be fixed immediately Madam Margarita in front office will call the maintenance department and forward your request. When the job is done they will live a Job done notice on your table and the office will follow up with you to make sure your repairs was done. When it comes to General Roach inspection and treatment you will receive notification. Once Roach treatment is done they will live a note behind.2020 to date repair jobs are hardly completed. So many excuses. I don’t know what might be the causes of not getting the job done on time like before. One May wonder. For example last March to date our dish washer up till not fixed. a month ago bathroom maintenance still in progress.In my opinion the maintenance team is super helpful but if they don’t have the tools and materials to do the job, what do you expect. I believe the owners should be Blamed for not providing the maintenance materials to do the job. It is really painful when you paid your rent on time and your repairs are not done on time. I’m appealing to management to look into this situation and engage the owners to respond to your request adequately because you’re on the ground and you know how we feel when our request is not met.I repeat the Maintenance team is more than willing to perform their work if given the materials.”
