Family Foot and Ankle Care

"Dr. Fink was great at helping me figure out my foot pain and such, and I got custom orthotics that helped. So I will give them that. However, Dr. Fink and I had discussed several times while I was in about how I was headed to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri for 6 months for army training, just as small talk since he was familiar with the general area. Now, while I was gone, there were some bills that needed paid, which is fine, but I was not aware of these at all, since they were mailed to my home address, in which I was not at due to being in Missouri. I didn't get a single phone call, email, or any sort of notification that I still needed to pay this, which could have resolved the balance very quickly. Instead, knowing I was away for a long time, they then sent it to collections, which I was unaware of still, and then sued me, so I then had to pay extra fees for attorney, interest, etc. Shady shady practice, and could have been resolved if they had called or emailed me notifying me of the outstanding balance. Dr. Fink, you are a shady and malignant person for allowing this to happen and taking advantage of someone who you knew was going to be away for an extended time. If I see a reply to this review by this practice claiming this is "a fake review" like they seem to do for every bad review, I will keep writing bad reviews on every single way I can and post it publicly on social media. UPDATE: Yes a billing issue, because you all screwed me over knowing I was on military leave for 6 months, knowing damn well I was not going to be home, and could have sent a phone call or email about the balance, but instead SUED me. Go to hell, Dr. Fink."

"If I could give this practice 0 stars, I would. Front desk staff is dumber than a box of hammers and after waiting 3 weeks and calling 3 times to get biopsy results when no one followed up with me, I was asked if I wanted to make a follow up appointment. No thank you. Healthcare has turned to the dogs in this country and this practice only underscores that belief."

"Didn't get a chance to meet Dr Fink. However the lady at the front desk makes me want to stay far far far away from this office. Need to hire someone more friendly. Update: This is not a fake review. I was NEVER a patient there correct. However my husband and father were referrals. I actually dealt with front desk on 2 occasions. Very rude and very unorganized to say the least. Don't believe me? Check your camera sitting on front desk"

"This is not a fake review as you claim every bad review is. The staff here are horrible, very rude. I ,my father and my wife have all had a scheduled appointment here and have been treated very poorly on each occasion. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. BEWARE!!!!! Don't go here."

"I'm not quite done with my treatments with the doctor for my ingrown toenails. But I can say out of any doctor i've spoken to He is absolutely one of the best people to go to. He will be honest with you, walk you through what you need to know, and has full consideration for the patient. When I went in and we began to speak as I was getting ready to get the shot, he was extremely social with me and despite the pain before the procedure he kept me laughing and talking which helped the entire process in my mind. I highly recommend this man for your foot care needs."
