"I really like the pawn shop and Travis is always great to work with. They are my favorite FFL (transferred two Kel Tec guns yesterday) and have used him a few times before. "Poor Customer Service Went in to look at and purchase a diamond ring. However, upon entering the store I wasn't greeted and both employees saw me. Instead they greeted the gentleman that walked in behind me. I proceeded to look around as I was eager to spend money, I was not asked if I needed any assistance until I proceed to leave the store. I politely said "no thank you" and left. I will not spend my money where I'm not treated with the same respect as the next person. My money is green and spends just like any other person. I will be returning to the store."
"Terrible shop. especially when it comes to loans. they’ll value your stuff way low and make you think that no other shop will match or go higher. For example i brought in a item to get a loan for and they told me i could only get $200. i passed and went to liberty gold and pawn down the street and the gave me $400 easy. and the process was so smooth."
"This is a a very unusual pawn shop. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are fair. They have a large selection of guns. The other items they have are desirable. Their store isn't filled with junk. I'd definitely make a point to stop by regularly. Update.. I purchased a rifle that had hidden issues. The store immediately offered to correctthe issue . I was referred to a gunsmith that expertly corrected the problem. I didn't pay anything for the work. They picked up all the costs. You can trust this merchant based on my experience."
