"Went in for oral surgery to have five teeth surgically removed August 17th 2020 I lost feeling on the side I had the problem with they told me after six weeks I'd regain feeling it's been five months and I still have no feeling whatsoever on that side of my face not to mention after seeing them I started suffering seizures if you don't want end up having a stroke while under then I suggest go somewhere I'm totally putting a lawsuit on these people because they knew about it yet they didn't tell me now I just can't get ahold of them they don't answer the phones! Worst experience of my life"
"First the lady at the front desk was loud and rude, no professionalism amd MAJOR HIPPA violations. Since its a family owned business anything goes. The Dentist had NO BEDSIDE MATTER! We waited almost an hour before being seen and the cost i think they make up. They only do extractions so they seem like an assembly line, no kind of real care for the patient. I will be calling the state for a compliant and investigate their practice. Call around and get another doctor, NOT THIS PRACTICE."
"The entire practice was amazing. I had to have an emergency appointment as a new patient. The young ladies at the front desk were so helpful and patient with my situation. Once I was taken to the back, Emmanuel Wilson did my X-Ray and my extraction. He made me comfortable and was so gentle. I am TERRIFIED of dentist because of a previous bad experience. I have to have another extraction done and I am requesting Mr. Wilson do that one for me as well. Dr. Morrison came in and checked on me and made sure I was comfortable and well. I recommend anyone needing an oral surgeon go see them. The only complaint I had was how cold it was. But understanding the equipment and facility has to be cold to prevent germs and critters, I will be cold any day. Totally amazing group of people. Front desk young lady even remembered me the next day and asked how I was doing. Simply Amazing!!!"
