CareNow Urgent Care - Hull Street

"Took my mother in law here today and it was our first experience with this urgent care facility. From setting up her online registration to the actual appointment, everything was so well organized. it made the entire process extremely pain free and easy. we used the web check in feature online. filled out her information and even uploaded pictures of her insurance and ID. we picked online how far we were physically from the facility and were looking for the first available appointment. from the time I finished the online form to the time we got a text saying they were ready for us, was less than 30 minutes. when we got the facility, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. the staff was extremely helpful and professional. the health care provider was very informative, and explained everything very clearly. they sent her medications to the pharmacy right away and we picked those up on the way. extremely impressed with their services and highly recommend for anyone who is in need of urgent care."

"If I could give this place a million stars I would. The doctor knew what she was talking about and this place is very good for people with sensory issues. This place is very calm, and the staff was very kind to me, as someone who’s disabled and has a service dog. Definitely coming back when whenever the next time is that I’m not feeling well!"

"The staff at the Hull Street location was professional, efficient and friendly and caring. I arrived 30 minutes before they closed but never felt like they were trying to rush me out the door! Very helpful about local pharmacies too. I highly recommend this Care Now!"

"I walk in and the building is empty. Neither of the two women at the front desk spoke to me when I walked in. I have to say something for them to acknowledge me and even then they seemed to be not at all interested in doing their job. I also had to ask several times for her to speak up in the empty building so that I could hear her clearly. After expressing my reason for coming in, the woman at the desk told me they wouldn't be able to do anything for me today, that they would have to send out for me to get any information for my visit. (This wasn't true). When called back, a woman with dreadlocks was waiting at the door with face protection and sent me to exam room 9. She was exceptionally rude and not at all suited for this job. She asked my reason for coming, and when I told her, she asked if there was anything else, to which I replied "no". She said "any pain?" To which I replied yes.. she says "exactly, thats what I was asking ". Then told me that I was running a fever. I let her know I wasn't and to please check again, upon doing so, didnt get the same result as the first test, but didn't feel the need to use a different device to check my temp. Upon leaving the exam room, slammed my door. The nurse was cordial. She came into the room to do my exam, said she needed a chaperone for the exam and brought back in another female nurse. I did not feel comfortable. The nurse used way too much force and I experienced a deal of pain. I won't be using this facility again if I can help it. Sadly, I'm not the only person I know that has had terrible experiences with this particular location. Good thing there is a new urgent care opening up the street."

"They turned us away even when the sign on the door says walk ins welcome , it was an emergency and we were in the building 15 minutes before their closing time, We went to patients first and they really put us first since we were in their building just 7 minutes before their closing time. We were treated like gold and with the highest importance. I 100% recommend people to definitely go to patience first over Carenow. You will just be treated like a number there . They should definitely change their name to care when we want to."
