Peabody School

"I used to go to this school, but I, unfortunately, had to move. I loved this school because of the friendly environment and because of its challenging education. It taught very much of the things I know today: moral, courage, and to never give up no matter what the situation is."

"I am a student of Peabody for three years and I love this school. The negative comment is unwarranted because of the changes this school has made to accommodate the parents, students, and teachers. I have trouble in some courses and the teachers try their very best to help and I feel comfortable around them I believe Peabody encourages kindness, to be polite, and learning. I think Peabody is and will be for a long long time a great private school and I am honored that I have the luck and privilege to go there."

"Peabody school is good at first, but then turns the tide and leads you into a tide of misfortune if you just happen to be struggling with depression, anxiety or any other medical condition in a serious way. As a former student they lead you into a web of happiness for a few years and then turn the tide against you when you have just been feeling it in untold proportions that may have led to a trip to the hospital. As I have seen in the past this is not the first time they did it, as my friends and I have known several people who dropped out midterm for inexplicable reasons. This may be a school for 2 of every three mentally talented children as the third will be likely to struggle with depression or anxiety during there time there. this is because, do to there superior intellect they will find that they are thinking about things other kids would not think about at that age, such as losing there parents, death, or the worst thing's they've ever done. I myself was rudely kicked out and will never ever be sending my self or my children there again. - Sincerely, A former student"

"We can only rave about Peabody. Our recent Peabody graduate has been exceptionally prepared for high school, got challenged at Peabody and truly enjoyed his experience there. Our entering Middle School student who went through three years of elementary school at Peabody loves her Peabody experience, from the classroom to the extracurriculars. The teachers at Peabody have been exceptionally committed to the school and to their students. They are bright and creative and deeply invested in their students' learning. The school has truly hired well and managed to retain outstanding teaching staff. While turnover is sadly unavoidable, we are amazed at the caliber of teachers the school has been able to recruit. We could not speak more highly about every member of the Peabody community and certainly recommend the school highly."

"I love Peabody. I do not know why the school has been getting such bad reviews, because I have been here for 8 years, since Kindergarten. The school has much improved and growed in the past few years. We got a new, nicer receptionist, we have new teachers that love to teach (and learn from us, the students) and we have a lot that will be done next year. We now have a new middle school and gym, and more space for playing sports. They are also offering lots of extracurricular activities after school. I have some problems with social skills, so the school noticed that and now I have a meeting with a teacher every Tuesday at lunch, that is very informative and helpful. The teachers have a lot of excitement for learning, and offer help when ever you need it. I love Peabody in every way. -Submitted by a current student"
