Attucks Theatre

Named in honor of Crispus Attucks, the first American patriot to lose his life in the Boston Massacre, the Attucks Theatre operated as a vibrant performing arts facility for 34 years before closing in 1953. In 1977, it was designated a National Historic Landmark by the United States Congress.
