Open Monday - Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 1-5, the center can also be reached by phone at 276-676-2282 or by email at acvb@abingdon-va.gov. Abingdon is home to a unique craft beverage scene and is the starting point for the Virginia Creeper Trail, a popular 34.3-mile rail-to-recreation trail that winds through scenic landscapes. Visitors can also enjoy the historic Barter Theatre, known as the State Theatre of Virginia, which has been entertaining audiences since 1933.
