Connecticut Heights Apartments

"I have been living at Connecticut Heights for over a year now (moved in ~9/2022). When it came time to renew or vacate, my partner and I decided to move into another unit within the complex. Our leasing agent, Lawrence, helped us through every step of the process. During the transfer, Lawrence was extremely patience with us; he answered all of our questions and was professional through the entire process. During move-in day, he made sure there were no issues and that things were going smoothly. Thanks Lawrence!"

"If you want to live in a roach and mice infested building - this is the building for you. I have had to pay 2 separate extermination companies to handle my pest issues and management refuses to reimburse me even though since I moved in over a year and a half ago I have put in about 20 service requests for pest issues and they do the bare minimum to resolve it. Maintenance and management team is lazy and inconsiderate of your things. If I complain about the pest issue, they simply tell me that I live in an old building “what should I expext?” On multiple occasions the maintenance team ruins my things when they come in to fix something. For example they unclogged my dishwasher and got dirty water all over my kitchen rug. They dropped bleach on my bathroom rug when cleaning mold off the ceiling. Recently when more mold grew in my bathroom, they painted the ceiling and dropped paint on multiple items in my bathroom. Like why can’t they just move the items first? Because they’re LAZY. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to deal with things like this. Oh and expect roaches to greet you in the lobby and elevator as you’re walking to your apartment."

"As a long term resident at Connecticut Heights, I am grateful for our amazing concierge Bernell and our fabulous office staff! Nathan, Lawrence, Rashad and Shayna are always available for any support and needs. The leasing office is always helpful and prompt in communication responses. Between the new concierge and the leasing office team, I would highly recommend Connecticut Heights. I have enjoyed the community vibe that both the concierge Bernell, and the leasing office have worked hard to create."

"Bernell is just about the most amazing concierge we’ve ever encountered. I sent my only child across the country and her first person to person connection was with Bernell, she just took fantastic care and consideration of her. She continues to just be such a helpful person just has really done her job to the highest level. We’re so impressed and thankful to her.
