"Never answer the phone. Employees are rude and have no problems making you stand around waiting even though you’re only there to pick up a filled prescription. Walgreens was acceptable but this Kroger makes them out to be some sort of customer service excellence award winner. Unfortunately my insurance stopped working with Walgreens. Maybe walmart will do better. Honestly I’ve seen better service from junkies on the corner in Richmond."

"11/2022 The pharmacy staff at Kroger are all selfless angels on the frontlines. Here waiting for a script and there is a line of 15+ people- 1 pharmacist and 2 helpers. They’re busting their butts and being so kind and helpful. The public needs to get their heads out of their arse’s and treat these folks like the true healthcare hero’s they are. And Kroger needs to pay them a lot more- for sure! They should be treated and paid as royalty. Their the reason our community gets healing medications. Kroger- Staff the pharmacy like you care about your people. And if you can’t find anyone to work- PAY MORE. Love you Kroger pharmacy staff. My wish would be that more folks were patient and understanding - most of the challenges that arise are out of their hands. "I have used Kroger Pharmacy Atlee Road/Rutland Commons for right around 10 years. The pharmacist are amazing. The majority of those working are kind, respectful snd knowledgeable. There are a few lately that have impacted the service we have received. One recently advised our prescriptions would be ready at a given time. We returned and were told it would be an additional hour. We shopped and waited. After speaking with another person NONE of the prescriptions were ready and one was waiting on a call back from a doctor. So they were not even close to being filled. We should have called before setting aside all that time, that falls on us. But aside from this I am so so so thankful for those who work so hard to ensure the best service and care is provided!"

"Ok, you get your medicine. Not the nicest or the fastest but you get what you need in the end. I own a business and don’t see people these days doing a whole lot to satisfy the customer. I guess customer service & people going above & beyond to satisfy customers is a lost art. Just my 2 cents"

"This used to be my go to pharmacy. I have officially reached my last straw with them. Their service has gone downhill over the past year and the level of incompetence is unacceptable. They are slow as can be and often times forget to give me information that I need. I have even had my medications come up short because someone didn't count them right. I ALWAYS count my meds now. Recently I was incredibly ill and put in three prescriptions to have filled there. They made me wait almost 2 hours middle of the day on a weekday to get them filled and only at the end did they tell me they didn't have one of the meds I needed the most. So then I had to drive somewhere else completely and wait another hour in the middle of being incredibly ill. If they didn't have the meds they should have told me right then or when I came back 30 minutes later, or an hour later... lots of chances. They are constantly out of meds, they aren't very knowledgeable, they are very rude ... and their turnover rate seems in sane there's always different people in there. My family will be taking their medical needs elsewhere."
