"First time appt. We were referred by Dr. Chang ENT due to immunology concerns. I’ve never experienced a more thorough, concise, clearly explained office appointment , and Dr. Paluvoi has such a friendly, funny, &direct bedside manner! All the staff is just as friendly and warm. Even better we were able to have skin testing and a lung function evaluation all at the same time as well vs coming back for several appointments!"

"Overall the visit was good, after all, we accomplished what we intended to get accomplished at the visit, but the amount of time we spent waiting in the waiting room and patient exam room was unnecessary. Our appointment was at 2pm, we arrived at 1:55pm with all required paperwork completely filled out, and didn't leave the practice until 3:50pm. While in the patient exam room, a total of 3 different nurses and 1 doctor were in and out several times which I also thought was unnecessary, and a bit overwhelming in such tight quarters. Throughout the entire visit anytime the doctor was in the patient exam room his phone continuously chimed with notifications which was disruptive and honestly annoying. I understand the possible need to receive notifications but on vibrate would have been more appropriate. The receptionist was very attentive and friendly though."

"I received treatment from Nurse Practitioner, Nancy Twitchel, which went extremely well for my shellfish allergy. She is very amicable, knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed our time together. Would have given the company 5 stars, but I have been trying to get into contact with one of the representatives at the billing department and have not been successful after 3 voicemails."
