"Previous visits to MW urgent care have been great. This time, we made an appointment and nearly three hours later, I'm still waiting to have someone come tell me the results of X-rays I already know because the results are in my app. Either need more staff or fewer urgent cares so there isn't just one nurse practitioner. Staff were friendly, it is just taking way too long."
"Refused service 2 hours and 15 min before close. Even after I called 5 min before I got there to make sure they were open. I was told yes we are open till 8. Noone said sorry we are not taking patients. I had a sick little boy That needed a doctor I didn't need to waist time . No respect for other people's time. They could of cost me from getting somewhere else to be seen ."
"Came in yesterday with my partner was very sick with the flu, sadly her insurance overlapped and put us in a pickle, but the staff was so kind and understanding! I’ve never seen such big hearts in an urgent care! I’m so grateful for all the workers and how much they genuinely cared for my partners help. I would recommend this place 10/10 and if anyone gets sick in our house we are coming back!! Thank you all so much!"

"I had to take go into urgent care on a Sunday. I like that you can go online and see the wait times as well as “make an appointment “. I checked in the clinic using a kiosk, very simple process, and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. They told me that wait time again but I was seen sooner than I thought. I was out of there in a decent amount of time. Of course that depends on what you’re there for. The staff really made this a pleasant experience. They were caring, friendly and thorough. I especially liked their upbeat attitude even though they were busy. If I need urgent care again, I won’t hesitate to go to Mary Washington on Plank Road. Thank you again!!!!"
