"I recently had to find a new OBGYN office after my favorite OBGYN who had seen me, and many members of my family for decades passed away. I have a lot of medical anxiety and was very worried I’d never find a place that I felt comfortable at. That changed when I found Stone and Spring. I want to particularly highlight Nurse Heather. She has the greatest bedside manner; she is calm, compassionate, and warm. She listened to all my concerns as a person and not as another patient or number. When my anxiety got the best of me, and I asked her a million questions, she didn’t once show any frustration or annoyance with me. She was warm, helpful and professional at all times. This is how you know someone has found their calling. Thank you Stone and Spring for being caring and compassionate in all areas of health."

"I decided to schedule an appointment after reading the glowing reviews for the Gainesville and Dulles locations on Google. If you're considering making an appointment, I strongly recommend verifying your desired location MULTIPLE times over the phone. The website linked from this Google card displays doctors and phone numbers that don't align with the Gainesville location. It hadn't occurred to me that I'd need to double-check this. While I believe the doctors are exceptional, my interaction with the receptionist was particularly challenging. When I called to set up my initial appointment, the receptionist misheard virtually everything: my name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the location I requested. Even after she herself had assigned an appointment time, she repeatedly mentioned incorrect dates and I had to remind her of the first date she mentioned making me nervous if even that was accurate. Though I remained patient, I had to call the following day to confirm my appointment details because I hadn't received an email confirmation. As it turns out, my email, address and name were still incorrectly logged in their patient portal even after correcting the first receptionist multiple times in my first call. Thankfully, the second receptionist I spoke with was courteous and attentive, and she confirmed the appointment date with me. After a minor health concern arose, a different receptionist reached out. She was also considerate and rescheduled my appointment to an earlier date. It's evident that the initial receptionist could benefit from further training, especially when compared to the subsequent two who were exceedingly professional. Regrettably, on the day of my appointment, I failed to notice that the scheduled location wasn't the one I had requested from the first receptionist. Instead of Gainesville, the appointment was set for Sterling. Turns out all the receptionists I spoke with were from the Sterling location. Despite numerous attempts to call both the Gainesville and Sterling location either to confirm or cancel, no one responded. When I eventually arrived at the Gainesville office, they informed me that my slot was, in fact, in Sterling. Given the time constraint, there was no way I would make it intime to the appointment, I had no choice but to cancel. Now, I'm faced with the disappointment that the Gainesville location is fully booked for the upcoming weeks, and after my health scare its prompted me to seek alternatives so I can avoid the further stress of incorrect information."

"The doctors deserve 5 stars however the receptionist Erica is horrible. I know that medical facilities can be short staffed but she put me on hold 2x and never came back. I called back after being on hold for 10 minutes the 2nd time. She acted like she left me on hold purposely just because I needed my husband to check his schedule quick to confirm a date and time that worked for us. I felt rushed and like my visit did not matter. I will be talking to Dr. Khafagy About this at my appointment."

"Everyone from registration to the doctor were great! The wait time to see the doctor was the shortest I've ever experienced, and the place is very clean. The nurse helped me finish my paperwork, and my visit wasn't rushed. The doctor took the time needed to answer all my questions and concerns. I will continue to use this practice for all my OBGYN needs. I will add that I've been seeing Dr. Castle for about 39 years, which says alot about the trust I have in him and will be very sad when he retires. You aren't just another patient to him, he truly cares about you and your health. I have the utmost respect and admiration for him!"

"The doctors and office staff are always so kind and helpful! I followed Dr. Khafagy here after she left her old practice because she is such an amazing doctor. From different procedures to helping me through my pregnancy and delivery I have always felt like I’m in good hands. The nurses and office staff are also incredibly kind and amazing at their jobs! I would 100% recommended this practice!"
