"Hah! What a terrible first customer experience on the phone with PJ Networks. I need my laptop battery replaced (I have the replacement battery) and I just spoke to Brendan on the phone who should NOT be answering your phones given his lack of customer service skills...I was quoted $100 + priority fee of $35 (despite me telling them I was entirely flexible and not in a rush to get this done immediately)...that it would take an entire day of them having my laptop (which I use for work and is my exclusive computer) to swap out the battery for the replacement. I will NOT be contacting you all and will be finding someone else to replace my laptop battery...what off-putting customer service. Will not be recommending."
