"Your driver going north on I-75 in east Tennessee at 10:35am on 12/06/23 is a rude and inconsiderate sub-human. He just held up traffic for several miles in the left lane, going below the speed limit. I’m unfamiliar with your company, but this driver just gave me a negative opinion of it after staring at your logo on the back, while sitting in a line of cars waiting for this clown to let the rest of us go about our day. This person shouldn’t be allowed on the road. And I’d remove my company logo from the truck if this is how it’s going to be represented. Trailer was labeled CROSBY 88755."
"Drivers beware this is a micromanaging company. Make sure you have understood the cpm. Eld is samsara. This company is very unorganized and has no clue what a drivers goes threw and really doesn't care. Loads get cancelled enroute to pickup.and sit for hours waiting on next load. Their safety officer is a retired local county officer. HR will have you working from home doing quizzes and paperwork for hours. When you get to the yard it's a whirl wind of here's your truck go go go.... you'll meet 15 people in a hour. Out the door you go. 17 loads in 11 days 9 were cancelled. They no nothing about there own equipment. The road test guy was the coolest and he drives for them. They will have you training others right outta school. Stay safe and as always thank you Drivers."
"If I can give 0 stars I would. Trucker hit my car and claimed they didn't but there is video proof. Company offered little to nothing to repair the vehicle. Also all of these reviews are fake and from within the company. Not how google reviews work."
"Crosby is a great place to work where you feel like you are part of the family. They have newly updated facilities, late model equipment, and a caring staff wanting you to succeed every step of the way! You cant ask for much better in such a demanding transportation field."
"People are nice for the first couple of weeks, after that they act as if they own you. They also promise .50 a mile, but actually comes out to .32 on odometer miles. You only get around 1500 miles a week. Truck shop is great, trailer shop is terrible."
