JC DRY CLEANER AND TAILORING

"Bought my daughter's Uggs there to get cleaned, which is not a cheap service (it was half the price I paid for the boots). First, I was told this service would take a month. Secondly, a month plus later, the "cleaning" was awful, barely better than when I dropped them off. Then the younger lady working there tells me that I needed to put scotch guard on the boots after I bought them. Which I did, but was in a hurry and did not feel like arguing. Even so, your service offered is to clean the boots. They need to not offer suede boot cleaning as a service if they or whatever third party they use can't do it correctly. I waited a month for a job not done right and at a hefty price. I do not recommend this place."
