Bright Horizons Early Education and Back-Up Center at Tysons Corner

"We love Bright Horizons at Tysons Corner and would highly recommend this center. We used this center for one of our back-up care days and the Center Leadership Team went above and beyond to ensure we could bring our child in last minute. Big shout out to the Center Leadership Team and our son's Infant Teacher, Ms. Joelle. We were a bundle of nerves on his first day but she was very patient and kind as she answered all of our questions. We truly appreciated the fact that she read through his developmental history form and asked questions. It shows us that she cares for all the children in her classroom and is on top of it!"

"Thrilled with Greensboro Tysons Bright Horizons! Their evidenced-based curriculum is terrific and fun. In the four months my toddler has been a student there, I definitely have seen her thrive. I don’t think my daughter is any smarter than any of her peers or friends, though. Her personal capacity for problem solving, simple math and reading has increased so much and it’s awesome to see how confident that makes her. The teachers provide thorough assessments/ progress reports and I sincerely feel they care for my daughter and she loves her teachers and classmates. The food they provide is wholesome and nutritious. My spouse and I are both enginerds with advanced degrees, so I was that weirdo that asked to see the curriculum, sample weekly schedule, and food menu for all three child development centers under consideration for my toddler. The only other school we seriously considered was the Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center, but that’s in DC, too far from home. My employer offers a subsidy for childcare; consider checking to see if yours does. A fellow working momma shared details with me about the subsidy our employer offers to all employees. Neither HR, nor my supervisor informed me of the benefit."

"We recently moved to the Tyson's area and needed day care for our daughter. She had been in both a private facility and a military one, but we weren't thrilled with the care in either. Bright Horizons has been exactly what we had hoped for at the start - dedicated staff, great learning opportunities, work-convenient hours, and they keep us well-informed about her activities, with a daily report and wonderful pictures! As an only child, an extra benefit is the friends she has made in her class, both at play time and learning. I don't give many 5-stars on Google, but I would give this Bright Horizon's a sixth if it were an option!"

"We love Bright Horizons Tysons Corner! Our little one had a very hard time getting adjusted to day care when we first enrolled her in 2019 but the caring staff made it an easier transition for her. The admin team is wonderful and always communicated with us. Our daughter is now back after being away for almost a year and she’s loving it! The facility is super clean and organized and the COVID precautions they’re taking now are excellent and assuring. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would recommend this day care to anyone looking for a safe, clean and fun environment for their little one."
