Forest Lakes is a picturesque planned community consisting of 1,455 homes divided into North and South sections, each with smaller neighborhoods. The community is managed by Associa Community Group, with an onsite office overseeing the Forest Lakes Community Association (FLCA). The FLCA is responsible for maintaining common areas such as lakes, trails, sports fields, pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center. They also enforce covenants and restrictions and collect assessments for community expenses. The FLCA office is located at 1828 Pavilion Circle next to the North Pool, with operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
