Our instructors, including Christine Golden Shihan, are highly ranked in Dan (black belt) and provide traditional Aikido training with a focus on ki development, falling practice, and practical self-defense techniques. David Frank's School of Karate, located on New Kent Highway in Quinton, Virginia, is a health institution offering traditional Silkisondan Karate classes. Silkisondan Karate, meaning "the Way of the Flowering Path," emphasizes personal growth and development along the martial arts journey.
