"I ran over something while heading south on interstate 95. And my tire size is so unusual that no one had my size. Bill and his team did everything possible to get me on the road that could be done. Unbelievably they even went above and beyond. Without getting into details, I was back on the road and made it to my destination thanks to his team. Please, if you need tires and are in the area you will be well taken care of by this tire shop and team."
"Went here to get some suspension issues looked at as my grandfather trusted Billy and his team so I figured they’d be able to diagnose the issue, unfortunately even with how prevalent and noticeable the issue was it could not be found. Further inspection by myself, a non mechanically trained individual found that the passenger side suspension was an inch lower than the driver side, and the passenger side strut was very rusted on top. Upon replacing the strut/spring assembly and the sway bar links for good measure, the issues I was having with my vehicle were no longer occurring. Complete waste of a diag fee for something I ended up diagnosing myself with painters tape, a tape measure, and looking at the struts in detail. Very disappointed."
