"C. Torres was very kind and caring. She went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and made sure the process from the very beginning went smoothly as possible. She kept me informed throughout the whole process to make sure everything went according to plan. Maintenance has been on point so far. When I moved in I had some concerns and they were at my apartment the next day. She was kind enough to double check everything to be safe. I put in another request and the next morning bright and early, they were out to fix happily. They always communicate when and what time they came and also what was completed. This is so refreshing to see people who care about you and take their job seriously. Thank you!"

"I absolutely love my community! Quiet, Noone bothers you, friendly environment. Office and maintenance staff are A-1, very friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. Maintenance, and office staff takes care of any problems right away. They are a great part of why I m still here 7 years."

Amega has answered all of my questions in a timely manner and when I walk out of her office I always feel very positive . The apartments are nice and clean and the area is well kept and quiet , I have looked for many apartments in Newport News and I picked this one based on the respect I was given by office personal , Amega and based on the beauty of the place . I think it’s a win win to move in ."

"If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ameeka and Shannon, who work in the office are just completely unprofessional & LIE CONSTANTLY. They have tried to evict me several times and give conflicting information. The first time they tried to evict me was because I supposedly got into an argument outside and instead of asking or checking cameras they just assumed it was me and sent me an eviction notice to be out in 30 days. after I completely cussed them out for lying on me and told them to provide proof they took it back. you have to constantly remind them to do the same things over and over again. They also don’t communicate with each other when they are in office and are almost never both in office someone’s always on Vacation. Put everything in writing because their word counts for absolutely nothing. They are more concerned with their audit than anything else. They bullied me into resigning a lease (after giving me false info about a month 2month) and then proceeded to try to evict me 15 days after. Maintenance is cool though. DO NOT MOVE HERE"

"As most will question if these comments are true or not. I can say you will have to follow your gut. Take this one as a serious review. There has been no problems with management. VERY quiet so you won't have to worry about people making all types of noise outside but sadly if you live under someone who has children you will run into loud jumping, stomping, chair dragging throughout the night sometimes at even 2am. That can get real frustrating real quick. Due to how the floors are built (very thin) it's only so much you can really control honestly (there is a noise hours around 11pm). Any problems that arise, it is fixed and done at a reasonable time frame. The apartments itself are great for the price you have to pay. There are similar to some of the fancier apartments that want way more money and only offers a 1 bedroom. So if your money is tight and you don't want to pay a arm and a leg but still receive a decent place; I would HIGHLY suggest considering this place and aim for a top floor or pray that you don't live under a family with 2-3 kids LOL. You might just go crazy. Oh and if you want to know if they have bugs, You may experience maybe 2 -3 in the summer time which I think is normal due to the pool of water and them trying to come from the outside. Very minimal but the problem for that is handle very well and you'll be fine afterwards. The photos are is really how it looks."
